Refund & Return Policy

At Angela’s Heaven, we do everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. We’ve made our return policy as simple as possible. For our full refund policy, please see the customer agreement below.

Refunds & Returns
Please contact customer service at angela(at)angelasheaven.com. Before returning any product. You must request a refund within 30 days of the product being shipped. Refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days after the product has been received by us.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. If there is a fault with the product and the issue is due to Angela’s Heaven, we will cover both the shipping cost and the cost of the product within 10–15 business days after receiving it.

Discounts
Any discount applied to the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Digital Products/Purchases
Digital products or purchases are non-refundable. Please contact customer support for further information.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or broken, please contact our customer service immediately.
